We are searching for a Team Leader (m/f) for Institutional Sales in the Capital Markets department in Vienna.

Your Job:

You know the commercial real estate market like the back of your hand. Your extensive network in the field is a crucial asset. Being familiar with urban development and consulting for commercial real estate allows you to find the right clients, partners, stakeholders. You are a business developer, lobbyist and sales manager, who leads a team of 7 professionals focusing on the acquisition and disposal of top commercial real estate. You stay on track of current changes on the market and find the best buying opportunities for your clients even before they are for sale.

Your Profile:

You have built up your know how and network in commercial real estate. You enjoy to develop business opportunities, socialize, offer the best buying options to your clients and to lead a team. Your intrinsic motivation to stay on track of urban development and market changes allows you to sense the right timing for chances and decisions. You have experience in the complete financial cycle from acquisition, over working with data bases to signing the deal. Rhetorically you know how to promote your interests in an economical, political environment. You are happy to give your team a direction and see them thrive. Communication is your hobby; English or German, written or oral, listening or speaking.

Your salary will depend on previous experience and qualification and will be discussed with you individually. It is Austrian law to state an indication for your salary; 80.000 p.a. is the minimum to expect, but as mentioned - it depends on individual agreement.
