To strengthen our location in Munich, we are now looking full-time for one: Account Manager (m/w/d) For our highly motivated team in Munich, we are looking for a sales representative or account executive or sales manager with industry experience or similar experience as Account Manager. In a team of highly qualified specialists, you are a competent account manager and convince existing customers at eye level, with regard to our services through upselling and cross-selling measures. You convey the benefits of our products to your customers. As an account manager, you use your extensive expertise for competent customer service. We give you a great deal of freedom in carrying out your sales activities and provide strong support to ensure that results are achieved. This role gives you the opportunity to join a winning team and be at the forefront of our commercial expansion in the D-A-CH region. Your main areas of responsibility will be: Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and formulating and continuously adapting the strategic plan for your port Increasing business via value add and cross selling Liaise with Technical Client Support, Product Management and Finance Supporting management in ensuring adequate resources are available to meet opportunities and challenges in your client base Attend industry and non-industry events Candidate profile: At least three years of experience ideally as a sales representative (w/m/d) or account executive (w/m/d) or sales manager (m/w/d), preferably within the Telecommunications Industry Understanding of enterprise messaging or related industries is desirable Self-starter with the ability to work under your own initiative in a small team Analytical skills and structured in your daily work would be desirable Bachelor’s degree in technology or business desired Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German.
